Possible Causes
If the source or destination IP address changes, the IP route between the source and destination becomes unreachable, leading to the tunnel status change.
Procedure
- Run the display vxlan route-table command to view the status of the IP addresses.
- Check whether networking changes cause the status changes of the IP addresses.
- If the networking is incorrect, correct the networking.
- If the networking is correct, go to step 3.
- Check whether device configuration changes cause the status changes of the IP addresses.
- If the device configuration is incorrect, correct the configuration.
- If the device configuration is correct, go to step 4.
- Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel. You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
