Message
PGM/4/CONNECT_INPT: The switch is disconnected from the Controller. The Controller is [STRING1] and the Controller IP address is [STRING2].
Description
The device was disconnected from the controller and recorded the controller information.
Parameters

Procedure
- Check whether a user disconnected the device from the controller manually. If not, go to step 2.
- Check the network connection. If the network connection is normal, go to step 3.
- Run the display group-policy status command to check the status of the controller associated with the device. If the status is not connected, the device does not set up a connection with the controller. Check whether the controller IP address configured in the RADIUS server template is correct and whether the device IP address added to the controller is correct. If not, correct the configuration. Check whether XMPP is configured when the device is added to the controller. If not, configure XMPP.
- Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.

Description
The device receives the packets from the controller and delivers them to each module to process.
