Procedure
- Run the display as command to check whether the AS's MAC address in the command output is consistent with the actual one.
- If so, go to step 2.
- If not, run the confirm command to confirm the AS allowed to pass authentication. If the fault persists, go to step 2.
- A flash failure occurred. Replace this AS. For details, see "Replacing an AS" in the S7700 V200R019C10 Configuration Guide - Device Management Configuration - SVF Configuration.

Procedure
- Run the display as command to check whether the AS is online.
- If so, go to step 2.
- If not, go to step 4.
- Run the display uni-mng interface fabric-port state command to check the Local-port connected to this AS.
- In the stack port view, run the shutdown interface command to shut down this port.
- Run the display this command in the AS view to check whether this AS has other configurations, such as the fabric port binding configuration and template configuration. If so, delete these configurations.
- Run the slot command in the AS view to replace the slot on the AS again.
- If the fault persists, collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
ASMNG/3/RESET_AS_FAIL
Procedure
