Description
GTL/2/GTL_ESN_MISMATCH:OID [OID] The ESN of slot [slot] mismatched with the license file.
The slot ESN mismatched the GTL license ESN.
Impact on the System
The GTL license enters the trial period. If a new GTL license is not applied for and activated before the trial period expires, the function items subject to the license will become unavailable and resource items will run under default settings.
Procedure
- Run the license revoke command to obtain the revoke ticket of the GTL license.
- Run the display esn command to collect the ESN information.
- Apply for a new GTL license by using the revoke ticket and ESN.
- Run the license active license-name command to activate the new GTL license.
- Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
