The number of online Portal users exceeded the upper alarm threshold.

Procedure
- Run the display this command in the system view
to check whether the upper alarm threshold configured by the portal
user-alarm percentage command is proper.
- If so, go to step 2.
- If not, modify the upper alarm threshold.
- Run the display portal command to check whether
the maximum number of Portal authentication users allowed on the device
is proper.
- If so, go to step 3.
- If not, run the portal max-user command to modify the maximum number of Portal authentication users.
- Run the display access-user command to check whether
online Portal authentication users are proper.
- If so, replace the device with a higher-performance device.
- If not, replan the network.
- Collect log and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
