The number of associated users who attempted to log in exceeded the limit.

Possible Causes
The number of associated users who attempted to log in to an access device's interface exceeded the limit.
Procedure
- Check whether the maximum number of allowed users configured
using the authentication access-point max-user command on the
device's interface is proper.
- If so, go to step 2.
- If not, modify the maximum number of allowed users.
- Check whether network planning is proper.
- If so, replace the device with a higher-performance device.
- If not, plan the network again.
- Collect alarm and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
