Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
132240
The storage utilization exceeded 80% (The value can be changed by the set flash threshold value command. ). This may be because there are many log files on the switch or unnecessary .cc files were not deleted on the switch.
Three methods are available to solve this problem:
- Run the reset logbuffer command in the user view to delete unnecessary log information from the log buffer.
- Run the delete /unreserved command in the user view to delete the specified .cc file from the memory.
- Run the reset recycle-bin command in the user view to delete the files in the specified directory from the recycle bin.NOTE:
If the storage utilization increases to 85%, the system automatically clears the recycle bin and deletes unused system software packages, patches, or log files.
132249
The NOR flash memory has reached 90% of its life cycle.
Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
132281
Card burnt due to high PoE power.
Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
132282
The specified interface receives preamble error packets.
Run the port serdes-mode command to configure the working Serdes mode of the MultiGE interface.
132283
The specified interface cannot go up due to insufficient frequency.
- Check whether the device connected to the interface specified in the alarm can be connected to another interface on the switch.
- If so, go to step 2.
- If not, go to step 3.
- Connect the device to another interface on the switch, and check whether the alarm persists.
- If so, repeat step 2.
- If not, no further action is required.
- Run the port serdes-mode command again to configure the Serdes mode in which the MultiGE interface works. Ensure that the Serdes mode in which the MultiGE interface specified in the alarm should work is specified in the command.

Possible Causes
Procedure
143617
The temperature of the board is higher than the upper threshold, the possible causes are as follows:The chassis is not ventilated well, which causes heat unable to be dissipated.
The ambient temperature is high.
There are not enough fans in the switch.
One or more fans in the switch have failed.
- The upper threshold of the temperature is too low.
- Clean the air vent and check whether the alarm is cleared.
- If so, the alarm handling ends.
- If not, go to step 2.
- Install filler panels in rear card slots and check whether the alarm is cleared.

- If not, go to step 4.
- Run the display fan command to check the fan status. Ensure that fans are working normally and check whether the alarm is cleared.
- If so, the alarm handling ends.
- If not, go to step 5.
- Add fans and check whether the alarm is rectified.
- If so, the alarm handling ends.
- If not, go to step 6.

- If so, run the temperature threshold command to change the temperature alarm threshold.
- If not, collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
143619
The ambient temperature is too low, causing the device temperature to be lower than the lower threshold.
Measure the ambient temperature. If the ambient temperature is too low, use air conditioners or heaters to increase the temperature.
If the ambient temperature is normal, the lower threshold of the temperature may be too high. Run the temperature threshold slot slotid lower-limit lower upper-limit upper command to decrease the lower threshold of the temperature.
143624
143626
The chip temperature is higher than the upper limit. The possible causes are as follows:The chassis is not ventilated well, which causes heat unable to be dissipated.
Rear card slots are not covered with filler panels.
The ambient temperature is high.
There are not enough fans in the switch.
One or more fans in the switch have failed.
Same as the error code 143617.
143625
The ambient temperature is too high. As a result, the CPU temperature is too high. The device automatically restarts later.
Same as the error code 143617.
