Impact on the System
All the chips of the device, except the CPU, are in energy-saving mode. As a result, services on the device are interrupted.
Procedure
- You can perform any of the following operations to wake the sleeping device:
- Log in to the device through the serial port and press Ctrl+W.
- Turn on the terminal connected to an awakening port. By default, all ports are awakening ports.
- Press the MODE button to wake the sleeping device.
- Wait until the sleeping time range expires (if a time range is configured). The device will wake up automatically. After the device enters the sleeping state, you can log in to the switch through its serial port and press Ctrl+\ to check the remaining sleeping time.
