Impact on the System
The software versions of the AS and parent may be different because the AS fails to be upgraded.
Possible Causes
Cause 1: No file for the AS upgrade existed on the parent.
Cause 2: The file failed to be downloaded.
Cause 3: The file failed to be activated.
Cause 4: The file changes during the upgrade.
Procedure
- Run the display uni-mng upgrade-info [ as name as-name | verbose ] command to view the file downloaded by the AS. Check whether the file to be downloaded is in the unimng/ directory in the parent's root directory. If not, save the file in this directory. If so, check whether the file meets upgrade requirements.
- Check whether the FTP or SFTP server is correctly configured, and whether the link between the AS and parent is normal.
- Log in to the AS and check whether it has sufficient storage space. In a stack system, check whether the standby or slave device has sufficient storage space.
