Clearing Stack Configuration
Method 1:
<HUAWEI> system-view [HUAWEI] reset stack configuration Warning: This operation will clear all stack configurations and may lead to the loss of the slot ID configuration and cause the device to reset immediately. Are you sure you want to continue? [Y/N]:y
Running this command will cause the stack to split and member switches to restart.
Method 2:
The reset stack configuration command is not supported. You need to clear the specific stack configuration, for example, the stack priority, using a specific command. The command configuration takes effect after the device restarts.
- Restore the default stack priority.
<HUAWEI> system-view [HUAWEI] stack slot 2 priority 100 //Restore the default priority 100 for slot 2.
- Restore the default slot ID.
<HUAWEI> system-view [HUAWEI] stack slot 2 renumber 0 //Change the slot ID to 0.
- Restore the default stack reserved VLAN.
<HUAWEI> system-view [HUAWEI] stack reserved-vlan 4093 //Restore the default stack reserved VLAN 4093.
- Restore the default stack MAC address switching delay.
<HUAWEI> system-view [HUAWEI] undo stack timer mac-address switch-delay
