Impact on the System
Switches with the same IP address, MAC address, and global configuration are working properly. As a result, an address conflict occurs.
Procedure
- Run the display device command to check whether the stack splits.
- If so, go to step 2.
- If not, go to step 3.
- Check whether the stack cable is loose. If so, reconnect it securely. If the indicator of the stack port still does not turn green, replace the cable. If the alarm is not cleared after the cable is replaced, go to step 4.
- Check whether the alarm is cleared.
- If so, no action is required.
- If not, go to step 4.
- Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
