Smart upgrade is a basic function of switches and is not under license control.
Feature Support in V200R019C10
All models of S600-E series switches support Smart Upgrade.
Feature Limitations
- Switches cannot be added to or removed from a stack during smart upgrade.
- An active/standby switchover cannot be performed during smart upgrade.
- Do not perform any format operation while the system software package or patch file is being used during smart upgrade.
