Checking the SmartQoS License
Before configuring SmartQoS, ensure that the license file in use grants the permission to use SmartQoS.
Prerequisites
A license file has been imported into the storage system.
Context
On the License Management page of DeviceManager, the SmartQoS feature is displayed as SmartQoS.
Procedure
- Log in to DeviceManager.
- Choose Settings > License Management.
- Verify that SmartQoS is displayed in the feature list.
Follow-up Procedure
If SmartQoS is not displayed in the feature list, apply for and import a new license file that grants the permission to use SmartQoS. For details about how to apply for and import a license file, see the initialization guide specific to your product model.
You can log in to Huawei's technical support website (https://support.huawei.com/enterprise/) and enter the product model + document name in the search box to search for, browse, and download a document.
