ERPS (G.8032) Configuration
This chapter describes how to configure Ethernet Ring Protection Switching (ERPS). ERPS is a protocol defined by the International Telecommunication Union - Telecommunication Standardization Sector (ITU-T) to eliminate loops at Layer 2. It implements convergence of carrier-class reliability standards, and allows all ERPS-capable devices on a ring network to communicate.
