LDP Session Is Down
Procedure
- Check whether the interface where the LDP session is established
is shut down.
Run the display this command in the interface view. If the following information is displayed:
shutdown
The interface is shut down.
If the interface is shut down, run the undo shutdown command to start the interface.
- Check whether the MPLS-related configurations are deleted.
Run the display current-configuration command to check whether MPLS-related configurations exist.
- If the output does not include the following information:
mpls
The MPLS configuration is deleted. - If the output does not include the following information:
mpls ldp
The MPLS LDP configuration is deleted. - If the output does not include the following information:
mpls ldp remote-peer
The remote LDP session is deleted.
If MPLS-related configurations are deleted, run the corresponding commands to restore the configurations.
