Setting the Timeout Time of Tunnel Soft Preemption
Context
After an LSP is soft preempt, the RSVP reclaims bandwidth reserved for the link, starts a soft preemption timer, and sends a PathErr message to instruct the ingress to re-route the LSP. After the soft preemption timer expires, the node sends PathTear messages to upstream and downstream to tear down the LSP.
