Removing a Photoelectric Liquid Level Sensor
Procedure
- Determine the position of the photoelectric liquid level sensor to be removed.
Each manifold has a photoelectric liquid level sensor, which is installed in the sensor tray on the side panel at the bottom of the cabinet.
- Remove all cables from the photoelectric liquid level sensor.
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew the photoelectric liquid level sensor, as shown by (1) in Figure 5-10.
- Take out the fastener of the photoelectric liquid level sensor, as shown by (2) in Figure 5-10.
- Take out the photoelectric liquid level sensor, as shown by (3) in Figure 5-10.
- Place the removed photoelectric liquid level sensor in an ESD bag.
Installing a Photoelectric Liquid Level Sensor
Procedure
- Determine the position for installing a photoelectric liquid level sensor.
Each manifold has a photoelectric liquid level sensor. Before installing the sensor, install the sensor tray on the side panel at the bottom of the cabinet.
- Take a photoelectric liquid level sensor out of the ESD bag.
- Insert the photoelectric liquid level sensor into the sensor tray, as shown by (1) in Figure 5-11.
- Install the fastener of the photoelectric liquid level sensor, as shown by (2) in Figure 5-11.
- Secure the fastener of the photoelectric liquid level sensor using screws, as shown by (3) in Figure 5-11.
- Connect all cables to the photoelectric liquid level sensor.
