Heat Dissipation System
The full liquid cooling system is an airtight liquid cooling system. It uses liquid cold plates and a heat exchanger to bring all the heat out of the equipment room. Most air conditioners are not required.
The full liquid cooling system uses the CDU to provide cyclic power, so that the warm water output from the secondary side of the CDU is directly implement heat exchange with the shell of the chips. The liquid cold plates directly remove the heat from the direct liquid-cooled components (high-power components, such as the processors) in the cabinet.
The full liquid cooling system also employs the fans of the servers to circulate the heat. The HEX on both sides of the cabinet exchanges heat between the warm water on the primary side of the equipment room and the hot air discharged by the servers. In this way, the heat of the indirect liquid-cooled components (usually low-power components) in the cabinet is taken out of the equipment room.
