Removing a Solenoid Valve
Removing a Solenoid Valve
(Optional) Remove a solenoid valve.
A solenoid valve module consists of a valve controller and an electric actuator. You can remove only the faulty component.
The solenoid valves of the air/liquid heat exchanger and manifolds are installed on the water inlet side and are removed in the same way. The following describes how to remove the solenoid valve of the heat exchanger.
Remove all cables from the solenoid valve.
Remove the solenoid valve controller.
Remove the bolt of the solenoid valve controller.

Place the removed solenoid valve controller in a bag.
Remove the solenoid valve electric actuator.
Close the ball valves for the water inlet pipes of the primary side and the air/liquid heat exchanger.
Use the torque wrench to loosen the solenoid valve electric actuator.
