Viewing Disk Domain Information

Prerequisites

A disk domain has been created.

Procedure

1. Log in to DeviceManager.
2. Choose Provisioning > Disk Domain.
3. View disk domain information in the upper area.
   Table 5-3 describes the related parameters.

   Table 5-3 Disk domain parameters

   Disk Type	Type of disks in a disk domain. NOTE: For details about the disk specifications supported by the storage system, see the product description specific to your product model.	[Example] SSD
   Total Capacity	Total capacity of a disk domain.	[Example] 3.086 TB
   Allocated Capacity	Allocated capacity of a disk domain.	[Example] 1.250 TB
   Free Capacity	Free capacity of a disk domain.	[Example] 1.322 TB
   Hot Spare Capacity	Hot spare capacity of a disk domain.	[Example] 526.757 GB

   GUIs may vary with product versions and models. The actual GUIs prevail.

   The following operations can improve your efficiency:

   • Click in the upper right part of the function pane and set the parameters to be displayed.
   • In the search bar in the upper right corner of the Disk Domain page, enter a keyword to search for required information.

4. Select a disk domain to view its capacity, owning storage pool, and disk information in the lower left area of the function pane.
