(Optional) Creating a Port Group
A port group is a logical combination of physical ports. A storage system specifies ports to set up mappings between storage resources (LUNs) and servers. This operation enables you to create a port group and add it to a mapping view. Then, LUNs of a specified LUN group use the ports in the port group to communicate with the corresponding hosts in the host group in the mapping view. If no port group is added to a mapping view, available ports are randomly used.
Precautions
Do not add a member in a bond port to a port group.
