Checking the License
HyperSnap is license controlled. Check the license to ensure that it grants the permission to use HyperSnap.
Context
On the DeviceManager interface, HyperSnap is displayed in Feature.
Procedure
- Log in to DeviceManager.
- Choose
Settings >
License Management.
- Check the activated license file.
View the activated license file in the function pane in the lower part of the License Management page.

License Management.Follow-up Procedure
- If the HyperSnap license is unavailable on the Active License tab, apply for and import a license as instructed in the Installation Guide specific to your product model.
- If the storage system generates a feature expiration alarm, obtain and import a valid license file for that feature again.
