App Deployment

When installing an AP, upload information about its actual installation position to iMaster NCE-Campus for subsequent efficient O&M and value-added services based on STA locations. The CloudCampus APP can be used to record and upload AP information. In addition to deployment, the CloudCampus APP allows you to test the Wi-Fi experience, network speed, and video service.

The CloudCampus APP can be obtained in one of the following methods:

• Android system: Search for CloudCampus on Huawei AppGallery and install the CloudCampus APP.
• Scan the following QR code to download the CloudCampus APP.

During deployment by scanning barcodes using the CloudCampus APP, administrators may be forcibly logged out and need to log in and scan barcodes for multiple times until deployment succeeds. In this case, rectify the fault according to What Can I Do If I Am Forcibly Logged out for Multiple Times When Deploying Devices Using the CloudCampus APP.

For security purposes, iMaster NCE-Campus verifies the validity of the client IP address in the login information. If the client IP address verification is disabled, the system may be vulnerable to DDoS attacks. Therefore, disable the verification only when a firewall is deployed outside the iMaster NCE-Campus cluster and DDoS attack defense is configured.
