Access Control Configuration
The purpose of access control is to authenticate and authorize user terminals that access the campus network and control their respective access rights through authorization policies. This section describes how iMaster NCE-Campus functions as a network access control (NAC) server to provide access authentication functions (such as RADIUS and Portal services) and policy control functions (such as free mobility).
For details about how to configure wired and wireless authentication control points on the network side during user access and authentication, see Fabric Network Configuration, WLAN Configuration (Distributed Gateway), and WLAN Configuration (Centralized Gateway).
