Configuring Authentication Profiles on iMaster NCE-Campus

Delivering an 802.1X authentication profile to the WAC

On iMaster NCE-Campus, choose Site Configuration > Switch > Authentication > Wireless Authentication and perform the following operations:

1. Set the SSID name, set the authentication mode to 802.1X authentication, and select a RADIUS server template.
2. Select a wireless authentication control point.

Delivering a MAC authentication profile to the WAC

On iMaster NCE-Campus, choose Site Configuration > Switch > Authentication > Wireless Authentication and perform the following operations:

1. Set the SSID name, set the authentication mode to MAC address authentication, and select an authentication bypass policy as well as a RADIUS server template.
2. Select a wireless authentication control point.

Delivering a Portal authentication profile to the WAC

On iMaster NCE-Campus, choose Site Configuration > Switch > Authentication > Wireless Authentication and perform the following operations:

1. Set the SSID name and set the authentication mode to Portal authentication.
2. Select the page push mode, Portal protocol type, Portal server template, and RADIUS server template.
3. Select the Portal page to be pushed.
4. (Optional) Configure Portal authentication exemption. This step is required when using MAC address-prioritized Portal authentication.
5. Select a wireless authentication control point.
