Obtain an equipment serial number (ESN) of the iMaster NCE-Campus server to apply for a license when the license on iMaster NCE-Campus becomes invalid, expires, or fails to meet the network management requirements.
For a high availability (HA) system, you need to obtain the ESNs of the primary and secondary servers and separate them with a comma (,) to obtain a license for the HA system.
- Log in to iMaster NCE-Campus as the admin user.
- Choose on the home page.
- Click Obtain ESN.
- In the Obtain ESN dialog box, record the generated ESN to apply for a license.
When recording the ESN, note that the letters are case-sensitive and do not mix up the upper-case letter O and digit 0.
