Site O&M

Background

On the Site O&M screen, you can view the overview of devices, network status, and STA details of a site.

O&M Overview

By performing the following steps, you can check the number of sites that can be managed by a tenant, and the running status of APs and the network.

1. Log in to the CloudCampus APP.
   1. Start the CloudCampus APP. Touch Me. On the CloudCampus screen that is displayed, touch Login. The login screen is displayed.
   2. Enter the user name, password, and domain name or IP address of the iMaster NCE-Campus, and touch Login.

      The user name and password here are those used by a tenant to log in to the iMaster NCE-Campus for network deployment. The default port number of the iMaster NCE-Campus is used, so you do not need to enter the port number.

2. Touch Monitor. On the screen that is displayed, touch Site O&M, select a site, and touch Devices, Data, and Terminal to view corresponding network O&M information on these tabs.

Site O&M Information - Device

This section describes how to view O&M information about APs at a specific site.

1. Touch Devices. The device information screen is displayed. On the Devices screen, you can view the overall information about APs.
2. Touch the AP name to view its basic information and radio information.

3. Touch Location to view the specific location of the AP on the map.

   To adjust the AP location, touch and drag the AP icon to the desired location on the map.

4. Touch Tools on the Device Detail screen. To replace the AP, touch Device Replace. To identify the AP, touch Flash Light. To restart the AP, touch Restart. To delete the AP, touch Device Delete.

Site O&M Information - Data

This section describes how to view data traffic information about APs at a specific site.

1. Touch Data. The data information screen is displayed. View traffic statistics.

Site O&M Information - Terminal

This section describes how to view the terminals connected to APs at a specific site.

1. Touch Terminal. The terminal information screen is displayed.
2. Choose a terminal, and then check its basic information and real-time indicators.
