- (Optional) Download HedEx Lite. Skip this step if HedEx Lite is already installed.
- For enterprise users:
- Log in to Enterprise Service Support.
- Search for HedEx Lite. Download and install HedEx Lite.
- For carriers:
- Log in to Carrier Technical Support.
- In the Tools area, click HedEx Lite. Download and install HedEx Lite.
- For enterprise users:
- Select the existing sections to customize the document.
- Open the downloaded documentation and click Save Page.
- Select sections to be customized and click Save.
- Set the path to save the document, select a Save as type such as doc, and click Save.
- Open the downloaded documentation and click Save Page.
