Emergency Maintenance Notification
If a fault cannot be rectified after the troubleshooting procedure is performed, contact Huawei by phone or fax to apply for technical support. Maintenance personnel should record the fault handling procedure in detail, notify Huawei of the type of boards replaced, and apply for the same type of boards according to the maintenance and service clauses. This will help shorten the troubleshooting time.
An Emergency Maintenance Notification can be faxed to Huawei. Table 5-2 shows the table format.
