Notifying Huawei of the Emergency
If an emergency occurs, you should immediately notify Huawei of the emergency so that Huawei can provide technical support services as soon as possible. For details, see Technical Support.
Even if local maintenance engineers can perform emergency maintenance on their own under the guidance herein, you should still notify Huawei of the emergency. In this way, Huawei can record the emergency in order to provide better services in future.
