Creating Sites and Adding Devices
- Create the headquarters and branch sites. The following describes how to create the headquarters site Hub_1.

- Click Create and configure the site name and device type as prompted.

Create all sites according to the plan in Table 5-7.
- Add devices to the sites and set the device roles. The following describes how to add a device to the headquarters site Hub_1.
- Choose .
- Click Add Device on the Device tab page.
- Add devices using the Manually Add mode.
- Set the protocol to NETCONF.
- Select the Hub_1 site.
- Add devices by Model. Set the device type, model, number, and role. Then click OK.
- Add the device name and ESN in the device list.
- Click OK.
Add devices to all sites based on the plan in Table 5-7.
The active/standby relationship of the headquarters sites is set in the overlay topology of the VN when you configure an overlay network.
