PSU Specifications
PSU Specifications
The device supports AC or DC PSUs.
The PSUs are hot-swappable and work in 2+2 redundancy mode.
When 2000 W AC PSUs are used, 4 kW power capping is enabled by default. Customers can evaluate whether to accept 3+1 redundancy backup based on upstream power distribution capabilities. After reaching an agreement with Huawei, the customers can contact after-sales personnel to increase the power capping threshold.
When 1800 W DC PSUs are used, only 3+1 redundancy backup is supported.
The PSUs on the same device must be of the same model.
The recommended current specifications of the circuit breakers connected to the device are as follows:
AC: 32 A
DC: 63 A
The PSUs are protected against short circuit. Double-pole fuse is provided for the PSUs with dual input live wires.
In an equipment room with 110 V voltage, dual live wires must be used to connect to PSUs to ensure normal power supplies to the device.
