LP Slimline Cables

The device can be configured with two NPUs. Each NPU has two groups of cables. In full configuration, each group has four cables, and there are 16 cables in total.

Install the cables whose part numbers are 04052482, 04052480, 04052481, and 04052483 in sequence.

Install the cables in the sequence from 1 to 4 following the direction of the buckle on the connector.

After the installation is complete, the two groups of cables (04052481 and 04052483) are routed from the left side to the mainboard above, and the two groups of cables (04052482 and 04052480) are routed from the right side to the mainboard above.

Before replacing CPU 1-M6, CPU 2-M6, or CPU 3-M6 cables, remove the DIMMs to reserve space for removing the cables.

Figure 3-2 shows the cabling between the two groups of cables (04052480 and 04052482) on the NPU board and the mainboard. Table 3-1 describes the mapping between the cable ends.
