Checking the Nitrogen Pressure
Context
The unit has been injected with 0.2–0.6 MPa nitrogen before delivery. Check the nitrogen pressure for nitrogen leaks.
Procedure
- Pull out the spring pin and rotate the baffle plate to remove the air filter.Figure 4-8 Removing the air filter
- Take out the desiccant bag.
- Check whether the bonnet of the needle valve inside the cabinet is missing.
- If it is missing, contact technical support.
- You can open or close the exhaust valve using a flat-head insulated torque screwdriver.
- If no, rotate the exhaust valve counterclockwise. If gas flows out, the system is normal. If no gas flows out, contact technical support.
