Components
The smart cooling product consists of the following components: heat exchanger, chilled water valve, EC fan, air filter, wet film humidifier, electric heater (optional), differential pressure switch, and T/H sensor.
- Heat exchanger
The plate finned-tube exchanger with a high cooling efficiency adopts the synergy field principle and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to optimize the flow path design, which greatly improves the heat exchange efficiency.
- Chilled water valve
The chilled water valve, also known as the chilled water proportional integral regulating valve, features incremental proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control with precise adjustment and accurate control.
- EC fan
- Huawei-developed efficient fans are used. The fan and drive are customized to achieve high static pressure and large air volume.
- The fan adopts a distributed design. The fan drive supports quick maintenance (maintenance time ≤ 1 minute), improving fan reliability. The fan efficiency has reached the top level in the industry.
- The highly efficient EC fan saves more than 30% of energy than a common fan.
- The direct drive that the fan adopts has higher transmission efficiency than the belt drive, which reduces belt replacement and routine checks.
- Compared with fan speed control by the belt drive, fan speed control by the direct drive has a wider application range which is not subject to the transmission ratio.
- The EC fan is controlled over RS485. You can view the fan power and speed in real time over the LCD and can obtain fault information including fan blockage, overvoltage, and undervoltage. The features allow you to view the status and locate a fault.
- Air filter
The G4 air filter is used.
- Wet film humidifier
- Has low water quality requirements and high environment adaptability. In most cases, domestic water can be used without special water treatment.
- Has a simple structure and is easy to remove, clean, and maintain.
- Quickly starts and generates huge humidification capacity.
- Consumes low power, saving more than 95% energy compared with a traditional electrode humidifier.
- Differential pressure switch
If the air filter is dirty or blocked, an alarm is generated, prompting you to clean or replace the air filter.
- T/H sensor
The system has built-in negative temperature coefficient (NTC) temperature sensors and a return air T/H sensor. A remote T/H sensor is optional.
