Wizard Startup
Context
Wizard Startup allows for commissioning of components such as the fan, electric heater, humidifier, and chilled water valve. It also supports automatic operation and checking of components, and can output a commissioning report.
After initial power-on and startup, the screen displays the Wizard Startup screen. You can choose to start commissioning now. You can also choose to start commissioning in future.
Tapping No or Exit, submission timeout, and system exception all result in commissioning failures. Choose to enter the Wizard Startup screen for new commissioning.
Procedure
- On the home screen, choose Figure 5-16. , as shown in
- For the initial wizard-based startup, Last Record is in gray, indicating that operation is not allowed.
- For a non-initial wizard-based startup, you can choose Last Record to view the last wizard startup report.
- Tap Yes. The checking before startup screen is displayed, as shown in Figure 5-17.
- Tap Yes for check items one by one according to the prompt messages on the screen.
- Tap Yes and enter the screen where you select commissioning items, as shown in Figure 5-18.
- If the system is not configured with the electric heater components, the electric heater commissioning item will not appear on the screen.
- If the heating function and humidification function are disabled, you cannot select the electric heater and humidifier items.
- All the items are selected by default if you enter the screen for selecting commissioning items for the first time. You can deselect any commissioning items except "Indoor fan commissioning."
- Tap Yes. The screen for component commissioning is displayed, as shown in Figure 5-19.
The fan commissioning item is mandatory. After commissioning for a component succeeds, the system automatically performs commissioning for the next component you selected. If commissioning fails, wizard-based startup ends.
- View the commissioning result.
- Figure 5-20 is displayed if component commissioning succeeds.
- The screen shown in Figure 5-21 is displayed if component commissioning fails, which ends commissioning in the wizard-based startup.
If commissioning fails, tap Commissioning failed. in Figure 5-21 to view the details, as shown in Figure 5-22.
