Base Dimensions
Base Dimensions
Figure B-1 Base drawing (unit: mm)
You are advised to use channel steel or angle steel to prepare a base. The thickness of the angle steel must be greater than 4 mm. The width of the channel steel must be greater than 60 mm. If other types of steel are used, the steel width must match the rack mounting holes.
The distance between the base and the side is 35 mm, and that between the bolts fixing the cabinet and the side is 51.2 mm. If you cannot directly drill holes on the base to weld nuts, you can follow the preceding figure. Alternatively, you can weld the nuts on L-shaped or other components, and then fix the nuts on the base.
The recommended minimum height of the base is 250 mm.
The bearing capacity of the base must be at least 2 tons.
Welding errors must be under control during the welding. Otherwise, the base may be unusable.
If an air baffle needs to be added to the base, drill holes on the base to secure the air baffle.
