Transportation Precautions
The unit is very heavy and needs to be hoisted onsite. A sufficient operation platform and space are required.
The unit installation and hoisting are complicated due to the uncertainty of the time when the unit enters the site, limited inventory onsite, multiple cross operations, and limited operation space. Therefore, various protection measures need to be taken to avoid damage to the unit and the finished products onsite.
Difficulties in Transportation and Construction
- Difficult hoisting: In outdoor scenarios, it is difficult to hoist and move the unit because it is heavy.
- The foundation for the unit base is not prepared in advance and the unit needs to be hoisted for multiple times. The corresponding protection platform needs to be set up and removed for multiple times. This may even affect normal construction in the related space.
- The space for hoisting the unit onsite is limited, but the precision requirement for the positioning of the unit is high. Therefore, the hoisting personnel, unit manufacturer, and onsite installation personnel need to closely cooperate with each other for a long time.
