Replacing the Wet Film Humidifier

Procedure

1. Tap Shutdown on the home screen of the display module.

   Exercise caution because the unit is still energized after it is shut down on the screen of the display module.

2. Remove the middle air filter and switch off the active and standby input circuit breakers (QF1 and QF2) of the smart cooling product.
3. Remove the two screws using a Phillips insulated torque screwdriver and remove the humidifier fastener.
4. Remove the hose clamp and remove the water inlet pipe.
5. Remove the wet film humidifier.

6. Reinstall the wet film humidifier by performing Step 5 to Step 2.

   After replacing the wet film humidifier, properly install and secure the humidifier water inlet pipe. Otherwise, the pipe may leak.

7. Install the middle air filter and switch on the active and standby input circuit breakers of the smart cooling product.
8. Power on the unit, tap Start on the home screen, choose Maintenance > Wizard Startup, and commission the wet film humidifier to check that it works properly before you exit.
9. On the home screen, choose Maintenance > Performance Maintenance to enter the Performance Maint screen, and clear the runtime of the wet film humidifier.
