Replacing a Liquid Level Detector
Prerequisites
- A liquid level detector needs to be replaced.
- A spare liquid level detector of the same model is available and functional.
- Tool: Phillips insulated torque screwdriver
Procedure
- Tap Shutdown on the home screen of the display module. Turn off the active power switch QF1, standby power switch QF2 (for models with a single power supply, there is no need to switch on QF2), and drive switch QF3.
Exercise caution because the unit is still energized after it is shut down on the screen of the display module.
- Remove the air filter.
- Remove the liquid level detector.Figure 10-14 Removing a liquid level detector
- Remove the low liquid level sensor and the wiring terminal.Figure 10-15 Removing the low liquid level sensor
- Remove the protective cover from the high liquid level detector.
- Remove the cable from the high liquid level detector, remove the screws from the liquid level detector using a Phillips insulated torque screwdriver, and take out the high liquid level detector.Figure 10-16 Removing a liquid level detector
- Install a new liquid level detector and connect its cables.
- Install the air filter.
- Power on the unit and tap Start on the home screen. Ensure that the smart cooling product is running normally without any alarms.
