Virtual Media
Function Description
You can use the virtual media manager (VMM) service to mount a virtual CD or DVD drive or a virtual floppy drive to a server.
On the Virtual Media page, you can view and configure the VMM settings.

Port |
Port number for the VMM service. Value: 1 to 65535 Default value: 8208 NOTE:
For security reasons, the browser disables some ports that are not used for web browsing. If these ports are used, the virtual media on the HTML5 Integrated Remote Console will be unavailable. |
Encryption |
Function for encrypting virtual media data before transmission. If this function is enabled, virtual media data is encrypted by using the AES128 algorithm before being transmitted between the server and the client. By default, virtual media encryption is disabled. For security purposes, enable this function. NOTE:

Maximum Sessions |
Maximum number of concurrent users who are allowed to use the virtual media (virtual DVD-ROM drive or floppy disk drive) of the Remote Virtual Console. This parameter has a fixed value of 1. |
Active Sessions |
Number of users who are using the virtual media (virtual DVD-ROM drive or floppy disk drive) of the Remote Virtual Console. |
