Adjusting the Display Base Height (For the TP3206-65 G2 and TP3218-70 G2 Only)
Background
When installing the TP3206-70 G2 and TP3218-70 G2 tri-screen telepresence system, you need to adjust the display base height.
Labels of "70" and "65" are attached to the display support and camera rod on a rack to indicate their installation heights for the 70-inch and 65-inch telepresence systems, respectively.
To install the 70-inch telepresence system, lower the display base as labeled, as shown in Figure 4-3.
Adjusting the Display Base Height
There are three display bases, which are located on the left rack (A-01), the center rack (A-02), and the right rack (A-03), respectively.
The methods for adjusting these three bases are the same. In the following procedure, the center base is adjusted.
- Remove the eight M6 x 16 hex socket screws in the left and right sides of the display base, as shown in Figure 4-4.
- Raise the display base to the middle of the "65" and "70" labels, as shown in Figure 4-5.
- Use the hexagon electric screwdriver to tighten eight screws in the left and right sides, as shown in Figure 4-6.
The location where each screw is to be installed has three holes. Install the screw into the uppermost hole.
