Performing the Installation
Prerequisites
All devices, including the telepresence host, codec, and network switch, have been installed, connected, and routed. For details about how to commission these devices, see the TP3206 G2, TP3218 G2 V600R019C00 Commissioning Guide.
Context
The center rear panel segments can be installed from left to right or from the two sides to the center. In the following procedure, the rear panels of the 70-inch telepresence system are installed from left to right.
Procedure
- Place a center rear panel segment (B-06) in the guide rail.
All the six center rear panel segments are identical with no specific installation order.
- Use both hands to lift the center rear panel segment (B-06) with the "TOP"-labeled side facing upward.
- Stand on one side of the rack, and place the upper pulley and lower stop block on the rear panel into the sliding slots of the upper and lower guide rails respectively, as shown in Figure 12-1.
- Push the center rear panel rightwards to the rightmost end of the guide rail, as shown in Figure 12-2.
- Install the second center rear panel segment.
The installation method is the same as that of the first rear panel segment. Push the rear panel segment rightwards until it is closely placed with the first center rear panel segment, as shown in Figure 12-3.
- Install the other four center rear panel segments in the same way.
Follow-up Procedure
After the center rear panel segment is installed, install the left and right rear panels.
