Routing Camera Cables
Background
Route the camera cables before you mount the displays onto the racks. If you mount the displays first, they will block the racks, leading to impossible camera cable routing.
Camera cables include: the power cable, the network cable, and the three-in-one HD video cable.
Procedure
- Tie the cable ties near the camera ports, which are 30 cm from the cable connectors, as shown in Figure 5-1.
Route the cables from the rear side of the racks (near the rear panel). This is to ensure that speaker supports can be installed at the cable ties spots later.
- Route and bundle the cables along the center rack.
