Troubleshooting
This chapter describes telepresence system exceptions during installation and how to troubleshoot them on site.
Symptom
After the lower front panels are installed, the gaps between the lower edges of adjacent panels are larger than those between the upper edges.
Solution
Install the butterfly screws at the joints of adjacent lower front panels, and use your hand to rotate the screws clockwise until the gaps are even, as shown in Figure 20-1.
