Fixing the Tabletop Displays
Background
Fix the four middle tabletop displays first, then the left and right ones. The following procedure uses a middle tabletop display as an example.
When fixing the tabletop displays, wear safety glasses to prevent dust from entering your eyes.
Procedure
- Adjust the gaps between the edges of the tabletop displays and the tabletop.
- Place six spacing films in the gaps between the tabletop display and the tabletop, as shown in Figure 1 Adjusting the gaps between the edges of the tabletop displays and the tabletop. Keep a certain distance between the tabletop and the edges of the tabletop display.
- Slightly push the leading edge towards the seats to ensure that the gaps around the edges other than the leading edge are even and the gap around the leading edge is larger than the other gaps, as shown in Figure 8-33.
- Remove the spacing films after the adjustment.
- Adjust the height of the tabletop displays until they are level with the tabletop.
- Arrange one person to observe the height of the tabletop displays.
- Arrange another person under the table to raise or lower the tabletop displays using T-shaped leveling screws. There are four T-shaped leveling screws, as shown in Figure 3 Adjusting the tabletop display height. Rotate the screws clockwise to raise the tabletop displays and counterclockwise to lower the tabletop displays.
- Fix the tabletop displays.
- Mount the fixing blocks (with magnet attached) and the fixing screws to the installation holes of the tabletop displays.
- Use an M6 hex wrench to tighten the screws, as shown in Figure 8-35.
