Run the npu-smi info -t health -i NPU ID -c 1 command to query the MCU health status. The following command output is displayed.
Run the npu-smi upgrade -b mcu -i NPU ID command to query the MCU version.
If the MCU version is 2.1.6, upgrade it to 2.2.1 or later.
Wait for at least half an hour after the upgrade is complete and then query the MCU health status again.
If the alarm is cleared, the problem has been solved.
If the alarm persists, contact Huawei engineers for help.
If the MCU version is not 2.2.1 or later, contact Huawei technical support.
