Enabling the Stack Single-Link Alarm
Context
If there is only one Up SIP link between two member switches, the stack has low reliability and is more likely to split. By default, a stack sends a single-link alarm to indicate a risk. If you do not focus on this alarm, disable the alarm.
Procedure
- Run the system-view command to enter the system view.
- Run the stack command to enter the stack management view.
- Run the stack alarm single-link enable command to enable the stack single-link alarm.
By default, the stack single-link alarm is enabled.
This command can be executed only when the stacking function has been enabled.
- Run the commit command to commit the configuration.
