In the BITS V3 equipment, set both of the LCIM boards in the backup mode. Set an external clock source to LCIM1-1. On the board configuration interface, set paths of LCIM1-1. Because the LCIM boards are in the backup mode, LCIM2 requires no setting. Configure LCIM1-1 as the reference source in the reference source configuration interface. After the data is being downloaded, the “Source state” on the clock board state interface is unavailable. The reference source is available, and there is no alarm generated by the equipment.
Currently, if the LCIM boards are in the backup mode, configuring board parameters of one board will make the other board to get the same data. However, both of the LCIM boards require setting a reference source.
The supervisory interface displays that LCIM2 is a working board. Perform the working/protection switching of CIM boards. The source state of the clock board restores to be normal, and the clock board starts to judge the sources. The R&D suggests that LCIM2 should be set the reference source at the same time.
