Issue Description

Topology: Dial-up user-- LAC-- LNS (R2611)-- internal network server. The internal network server is attached to the Ethernet port of R2611.
Symptom description: dial-up user cannot access the internal network server.

Alarm Information

Handling Process

Configure the Ethernet port of the router with Arp-proxy, and dial-up user could access internal network server normally.

Root Cause

The IP address allocated to dial-up user and that of the internal network server are not in the same network segment,

and the Ethernet port of router is not configured with Arp-proxy, resulting in failure of users to access the server.
